Seems that Real Estate Agents are set to be one against another in the hunt for listings and buyers. But really - we need each other to make each transaction happen. Some people will prefer to work with one person - getting personal communication and attention from an agent - whereas others prefer big groups that handles dozens of clients at once. I am proud to be part of the office that includes all of the different types of agents who are all part of one big group who help all Keller Williams clients thru helping each other with daily bottlenecks, issues, etc.
